I am a 49 year old male overweight, out of shape and had a total knee replacement 1 year ago. I have tried and failed several times to get back into shape. “ Hi my name is Dana and I am a 26 year old female athlete who plays soccer three to six times a week. “The jeans I bought just a few weeks ago no longer stayup!”

Robby and his TRX training programs are fantastic!  This is the first workout program I havefound that is fun and challenging, that I wanted and could commit too, and thathas shown results.  In no time I saw adrastic increase in my strength and endurance; I went from barely making itthough 1-2 classes a week to rocking 6 classes and running on the side—and theclasses did NOT get easier!  I also quicklynoticed the toning aspect; in no time at all the jiggly/flabby areas (arms, thighs,love-handles, etc.) became tight and far thess embarrassing.  Best of all though, has been the slimming andbuilding of definition; the jeans I bought just a few weeks ago no longer stayup, I have definition in my arms and even my abs that I haven’t ever seen before (and I wasa high school and college athlete), and I am ready to comfortably wear a bikini by the pool–especially knowing the results are only going to get better.  Theworkouts alone are fantastic, but add in the obvious results and the fact that I didn’t have to do some crazy diet–that’s what makes this program AWESOME!

I’ve been so happy with this workout!  I was referred to Robby by Christa.  I hadn’t seen her in awhile and wemet for lunch and I was so impressed by the way she looked.

I’ve been doing the TRX system with Robby for 3 ½ – 4weeks now.  I was nervous at first with leaning back and trusting the strapsand know I feel so at ease with the system.  The first week I was exhausted,but once I got over the shock of starting to workout, I’ve gained so muchenergy.  Since starting, I’ve lost 1 inch around my waist in 2locations, right over my belly button and right under my chest as well.  I’veactually gained 1 inch around my hamstrings and ½ inch at my calves, so Ireally see that I’m building muscle.  I love that Robby changes theroutine each workout which keeps it interesting.  He is truly motivational andhelps me push through the hard parts.  I really look forward to my workoutsnow!  Thank you.

I happen to find TRX because the gym in Broomfield went out of business. The minute I tried it out, I fell in love with it. I am one not to exercise. Since I have been doing TRX 3 times a week, I have noticed from wearing my clothes I have lost 2 inches off my waist. I love the energy I feel going in to the workout , having more energy after the workout. I feel more confident in myself and have noticed a huge difference in how my body looks I also like to be pushed to the max and Robby does that. He makes you work hard,  have fun, feel good, and absolutely want to come back for more.
